Role Overview
The Manager of Engineering will lead our efforts to enhance community energy solutions by managing our electrical distribution network.
Key Tasks
- Network Optimization:
- Analyze the complexity of our electrical distribution infrastructure.
- Develop a comprehensive strategy for maintenance and construction.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work with the engineering team to evaluate system performance.
- Create studies to enhance network efficiency.

Qualifications and Benefits
To succeed in this position, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
- Experience with an electrical utility organization.
- A solid foundation in math and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with equipment from Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories or similar (preferred).
- A valid New Mexico driver's license and commitment to complying with our drug testing policy.
- Knowledge of NERC and FERC regulations, with experience in SPP being a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
