We do Consulting Differently Job Summary: BRG is seeking a temporary part-time Collections Administrator Assistant to support its Collections Department. This entry-level role will provide administrative assistance and general support for collections-related functions. The position reports directly to the Collections Manager and is designed for candidates interested in gaining office experience in a professional services environment. Successful candidates should be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and committed to providing accurate, high-quality work product. A strong interest in developing organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team, is essential. Duties will include but are not limited to: Provide general administrative support to the Collections team. Assist with preparing and reviewing client forms (e.g., vendor and ACH forms) Help with processing client refunds under supervision. Support updates to client information and matter records. Handle ad hoc administrative projects and requests as assigned. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred. Prior office or administrative experience is a plus, but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks with guidance. Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced team environment.
