You will be responsible for developing an increased awareness in and adoption of targeted energy efficient technologies, strategic market development, customer satisfaction, as well as delivering on client goals related to outreach activity and energy savings. The successful candidate will be based in Denver, Colorado. You're a great match if you can… Recruit, educate and develop relationships with multifamily property owners or property management groups to encourage effective marketing of programs Develop and track strategies to meet outreach and program targets Adjust outreach strategies based on program changes, outreach strategy effectiveness Establish relationships with all stakeholders in the energy efficiency landscape including contractors, trade allies and multifamily property owners Implement new tools and processes to improve the outreach function Perform event planning, coordination and presentations of programs Lead researching of the markets; accumulating data on businesses and identifying the key allies to be targeted on behalf of the programs Prepare robust weekly, monthly and quarterly activity reports and track progress towards program goals In this exciting career opportunity, you will have… Self-motivated, ability to work independently and as part of a team. 2-4 years of relevant industry experience such as working with contractors and/or sales Experience with Salesforce CRM and other outreach tools This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment. Compensation Range $61,010.00 - $78,000.00 Currency USD Type Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example. Sponsorship is not available for this position at this time. Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.
