Le Mieux Toyota Service Department in Green Bay is expanding and looking to add a Service Writer Assistant as we continue to grow our business.
Basic Duties:
Greet and check-in Guests.
Answering incoming calls and scheduling service work.
Make outbound calls to schedule guests in for maintenance.
Assist Service Writers with tasks, including checking guests in and out, updating guests, calling and answering calls.
Advancement opportunity to Service Writer and beyond.
Flexible hours, full and part time available.
Must have a stable work history.
