What You Will Do
- Greet customers warmly and schedule service appointments.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians.
- Translate vehicle symptoms into clear repair orders.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and status updates.
- Explain completed repairs and maintenance needs clearly.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in automotive service writing or advising.
- Mitchell 1 or Shopkey experience is a huge bonus!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and terminology.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
