The Role
We’re looking for an energetic, skilled Bartender to join our team in Metuchen. You’ll craft signature cocktails, guide guests through our tequila & mezcal collection, and keep the bar running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love engaging with people, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
• Prepare and serve cocktails with consistency and creativity
• Deliver outstanding guest service with personality
• Educate guests on tequila, mezcal, and agave spirits
• Handle transactions and maintain bar inventory
• Collaborate with bar & kitchen team to ensure seamless service
What We’re Looking For
• 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume setting
• Strong cocktail knowledge; tequila/mezcal a plus
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
• Cash handling / POS experience
• Ability to thrive in a lively, high-energy atmosphere
• Must be 21 with a valid state bartending license
