What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at Le & Kittleson?
Plaintiff's personal injury attorney at small law firm. Handle cases from beginning to end. Litigation and trial experience preferred. Must be passionate about serving others and believe in achieving justice for individual clients. Particular tasks assigned depending on experience, but to include:
- writing and arguing civil motions
- engaging in discovery
- taking and defending depositions
- conducting potential client intake interviews
- meeting court deadlines
- preparing for and participating in trials and arbitrations
- meeting and corresponding with witnesses
- corresponding with insurance companies to obtain client benefits
- reviewing and summarizing medical records and medical concepts
