Le Café Aria is hiring an experienced Barista for our café in Coral Springs.
We are looking for someone with 2 years of specialty coffee experience who is confident in espresso preparation, milk steaming, latte art, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality espresso drinks and specialty coffee beverages
- Steam milk correctly and create latte art
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Provide friendly, professional service to guests
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Follow café standards for quality and presentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of barista experience
- Specialty coffee shop experience preferred
- Strong espresso and milk steaming skills
- Experience with latte art
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Positive attitude and team player
