Your major responsibilities:
You will effectively process 40-50 inbound and outbounds calls daily. You will be the primary point of contact and assist customers with matters such as placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues or concerns. Creating an exceptional customer service experience to potential and existing customers is the utmost priority (SMILE THROUGH THE PHONE).
You will be a part of a fast-paced setting where multi-tasking and high-level energy is necessary to quickly resolve customers’ concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional interactions with all customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Monitor customer accounts for any discrepancies or outstanding balances
- Contact customers via phone, mail, email, and other methods regarding past due balances
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Investigate and resolve billing inquiries
- Collaborate with Route Delivery Team and Office Management
- Utilize data entry skills to update customer information in the system
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding matters
- Prepare various reports for corporate, branch employees as needed accurately and on time.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Assistance with daily office activities and paperwork flow
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
