At Le Bella Donna Bridal, we believe finding a wedding dress should feel exciting, empowering, and unforgettable. We are seeking an experienced Bridal Consultant to join our growing luxury bridal team in our private Doylestown showroom.

This is not a typical retail position. Our consultants guide brides through one of the most emotional and meaningful shopping experiences of their lives. We are looking for someone who already understands the bridal industry, thrives in a high-touch luxury environment, and has a strong eye for bridal fashion, fit, styling, and customer experience.

Our private appointment-only showroom is designed to create an elevated, intimate, and highly personalized bridal experience. We are seeking someone who understands the emotional significance of bridal styling and is passionate about creating unforgettable moments while delivering exceptional service and sales performance.

• Lead personalized bridal appointments from start to finish
• Build genuine relationships with brides and their guests
• Style brides based on body type, wedding vision, venue, and personality
• Educate brides on silhouettes, fabrics, fit, timelines, customization options, and styling details
• Confidently guide brides through the purchasing and decision-making process
• Accurately process orders, measurements, and client information
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after appointments
• Ensure gowns are properly handled, steamed, and cared for throughout the sales process
• Assist with trunk shows, boutique events, and special promotions
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Maintain an elevated luxury showroom experience at all times
• Assist with visual merchandising, gown organization, and showroom presentation
• Support occasional social media and content creation efforts
• Collaborate closely with the styling team to create a positive and supportive work environment
• Help create unforgettable “Say Yes” moments for our brides

• Established bridal sales or bridal styling experience required
• Strong understanding of bridal gown silhouettes, fit, sizing, and styling
• Proven success in luxury sales, customer experience, or commission-based environments
• Excellent communication and emotional intelligence
• Professional, polished, and fashion-forward presence
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Strong comfort level with technology, including point-of-sale systems, scheduling platforms, email communication, and client management systems
• Weekend availability required
• Social media confidence is a plus
• Due to the specialized nature of bridal styling and gown sales, prior bridal industry experience is required
