Join our dedicated IBHS team at Lenape Valley Foundation and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 3–21) facing behavioral and mental health challenges. We are seeking a Licensed Behavioral Consultant to provide individualized, medically prescribed services in home, school, and community settings. What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education, or a related mental health field.
- Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential required.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults in behavioral health settings (school or community-based preferred).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel throughout Bucks County.
- Proficiency with computers and electronic documentation.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without accommodation.
Your Role
- Develop and oversee the implementation of individualized treatment plans.
- Provide clinical direction and supervision to Behavioral Health Technicians.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Conduct sessions in various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments.
