Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floor. Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. Dust furniture. Wash walls, ceiling, and woodwork. Wash windows, door panels, and sills and empty wastebaskets.

Key Responsibilities
- To keep assigned building interiors clean and orderly; to perform variety of custodial and minor building maintenance duties. Assigned to corporate office primarily.
- Sweeps, scrubs and mops floors.
- Strips, waxes, buffs and seals floors as directed.
- Vacuums and cleans rugs.
- Cleans bathrooms, walls, fountains, windows and replenishes supplies.
- Empties trash from assigned offices.
- Reports necessary repairs to supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned.
- One year experience in janitorial or light building maintenance; or, combination of training, education, and experience that is equivalent to the employment standard listed above and that provides the required knowledge and abilities.
