Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Aircraft Engine Inspector based in Tamarac, FL. The Aircraft Engine Inspector ensures all engine maintenance and inspection work is carried out in full compliance with LCI’s Repair Station Manual (RSM), Quality Control Manual (QCM), and all current FAA/EASA-approved technical data. This role is responsible for verifying that completed work meets regulatory and technical standards, and for accurately completing all inspection records, trace documentation, work orders, and job cards used by LCI.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting for identifying and resolving technical issues
- Hands-on experience in Maintenance & Repair tasks for aircraft and related systems
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and adherence to safety regulations
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification is required
- Must be willing to travel for Field Travel – work to include removals, preservation, and installations of same modules
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Prior experience with aircraft maintenance procedures and regulations is a plus
