Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of the paper,printing and packaging industries and a knack for building long-lasting relationships with clients. This role involves identifying potential customers, presenting our range of paper products, and driving sales growth through proactive and strategic selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Perform tasks related to prospecting, developing, maintaining and enhancement of client relationships to grow paper sales.
- Identify and target potential clients in various industries including the printing and packaging industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Developing and providing quotations to customers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote our products and generate leads.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of paper, printing, packaging, or related industry (strongly preferred)
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required for candidates with strong industry knowledge
- Minimum 2-3 years sales experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
