LCI-Lineberger Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Asphalt Paving Foreman to lead field paving operations for heavy highway and civil construction projects. This position is responsible for supervising daily crew activities, coordinating equipment and materials, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring each project meets company standards for safety, quality, and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise asphalt paving crews on heavy highway and civil construction projects.
- Coordinate daily work activities, equipment needs, trucking, materials, and jobsite production.
- Monitor paving operations to ensure proper grade, slope, compaction, density, joints, yield, and overall mat quality.
- Promote and enforce safe work practices in accordance with company policies and project requirements.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, crew members, subcontractors, and other field personnel.
- Identify and resolve field challenges quickly to maintain productivity, quality, and schedule expectations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Asphalt Paving Foreman or in a similar paving leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of asphalt paving methods, mix behavior, compaction patterns, grade control, and quality requirements.
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate crews in a fast-paced field environment.
- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to safe work practices, dependable attendance, and professional jobsite conduct.
- Experience with SCDOT or similar roadway construction standards is preferred.
