What are the responsibilities and job description for the Northern Dauphin Location Coordinator position at LCBC Church?
Reports to: Regional Director of Community Gatherings
Hours Commitment: 40-45 hours/week with regular weekend responsibilities.
Purpose Statement: To lead an LCBC Campus to increasing effectiveness at introducing more and more people to Jesus and helping them to become fully devoted followers.

Evaluation:
The Location Coordinator will meet regularly with the direct supervisor for planning, goal setting, progress updates, and general coaching. A formal Action and Development Plan will be completed and reviewed three times throughout the year.
