We are looking for drivers who want to be in a customer-oriented, and team-minded environment. Candidates must manage a delivery route safely, efficiently, positively, and professionally. Important characteristics being sought are reliability, maturity, and motivation.
Our routes cover Rutherford County and Wilkes County.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to designated locations.
- Load and unload packages, ensuring proper handling and organization.
- Utilize GPS and other navigation tools to optimize delivery routes.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with recipients.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any issues or discrepancies.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure safety and reliability.
Pay Structure:
- $700.00-1,200.00
- Weekly pay (direct deposit)
- Opportunity for pay increases based on driver performance and route assignment
- Training pay is different
Work Schedule:
- Delivery Days: Monday through Saturday
- Full-time
- Required - 2 Saturdays a month
Job Criteria: This fast-paced job requires some heavy lifting and the ability to safely drive a 12’ box truck or similar truck/van. Interaction with customers and team members requires a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Delivery Driver experience not required, but preferred
- CDL not required

- 21 years of age or older
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to drive a 12’ box truck or similar truck/van
- Legal work status (e-Verify)
- Pass pre-employment and random drug screening
- Pass criminal background check (no felony convictions)
- Pass Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check (two or fewer MVR violations in last 3 years)
- Cellphone with text and data capabilities
- Basic computer and GPS navigation skills
- Physical ability to regularly lift 50lb packages and maneuver up to 150lbs (hand trucks)
- Ability to drive/work in all types of weather conditions
- Ability to problem solve and self-manage delivery route
- Ability to interact with business/residential customers and team members in a professional manner
- Ability to be flexible and handle a stressful workload
- Ability to follow SAFETY regulations and practice SAFETY
- Ability to follow standard delivery protocols and operating procedures as instructed
