JOB DESCRIPTION
Our company is a fast-growing, multi-surface stone and solid surface fabrication facility serving the New England and the Northeast. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter, preferably with experience in project management in fabrication, manufacturing or construction or other related marketplaces. This person will be responsible for working directly with our senior project managers, assisting in developing quotes and communicating with dealers, customers and suppliers on a project by project basis.
The Project Coordinator will play a key role within our team working with our senior project managers to manage multiple projects from quote to completion and will demonstrate efficiency, accuracy, and be able to communicate and perform in a courteous and productive manner. In this role, the PM will develop relationships with dealers, customers and suppliers as well as work proactively with the rest of our staff.
Position Details:
- Work with senior project managers to develop quotes for new projects
- Actively manage signed projects by working with dealers to manage fabrication and install schedules as well as coordinate ordering of supplier materials for projects in a cost-controlled fashion
- Develop strong and lasting relationships with supply partners and accounts
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meet marketplace expectations for high quality
- Interact with template, fabrication and install teams to ensure clear communication and maximum job throughput
Qualifications:
- Team player and leader who is cooperative, approachable, motivated and dedicated to helping others succeed in a small company environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Some project management experience is desired though not necessary for the right candidate who can be trained
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with Moraware is a plus
- Stone fabrication industry experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Kitchen & Bath Countertop: 1 year (Preferred)
- Project management: 3 years (Preferred)
