Stone Countertop Installer
LBL Fabrications is seeking an experienced, dependable Stone Countertop Installer to join our growing team. We fabricate and install high-quality granite, quartz, marble, quartzite, porcelain, and solid surface countertops throughout Vermont, New Hampshire, and surrounding areas.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values quality craftsmanship, and enjoys working as part of a team.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday - Thursday
- Overtime opportunities available
Responsibilities
- Install granite, quartz, marble, quartzite, porcelain, and solid surface countertops.
- Load and unload countertop materials safely.
- Read shop drawings and installation paperwork.
- Set countertops accurately and level.
- Install sinks, backsplashes, and accessories.
- Complete seam work and color-matched epoxy finishing.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and builders.
- Inspect materials before installation and report any issues.
- Maintain company trucks, tools, and equipment.
- Complete daily installation checklists and job documentation.
- Follow all company safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous countertop installation experience preferred.
- Construction or finish carpentry experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials safely.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work well independently and with a team.
