LBK Design Build is a leading and fast paced design-build remodeling firm in the Bucks Country area. Due to steady growth and demand, we are looking for additional experienced "Carpenters" to join our team. New team members must be willing to work hard, take direction well, be self motivated, maintain a positive attitude and be familiar with the specifics of residential construction, building, kitchens & baths, and home renovations. Five years of Carpentry experience and a valid Driver's License is a MUST.

Responsibilities that come along with the job will include:
- Exhibit a Positive and Supportive attitude
- Communication - Keeping up on communications with and between clients, main and showroom office, management, design team, colleagues and all else involved with project on a daily basis vie phone, email and CRM mobile application
- Uphold company protocols, vision and core values
- Maintain job site safety and cleanliness at all times
- Accurately track and class hours
- Handing in all receipts and invoices to main office/ bookkeeping weekly
- Maintaining project schedule and completion date
- Assisting management in the execution of change orders by estimating added job time, work and materials needed to adequately adjust project costs and deadlines
- Start to finish kitchen & bath remodels, whole house renovations, finished basements, additions and custom builds
- Thoroughly reading floor plans, elevations and job binders
- Maintain and represent company standards of quality

- Installing cabinetry, millwork and finish carpentry
- Framing
- Installing crown molding
- Using tile substrate waterproofing systems
- Reading plans
- Creating material take-offs
- Light Electrical
- Light Plumbing
- Installing Tile
- Schluter Systems knowledge and experience
- OSHA 10 training
