Job Overview
L Brooke Homes is seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to support high-end residential construction projects with a strong focus on finish work, appliance installation, and pre-closing punch list execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality finish carpentry, trim, and detail work
- Install and coordinate residential appliances (ranges, refrigerators, dishwashers, laundry)
- Complete pre-closing and final punch list items to exacting standards
- Install doors, hardware, fixtures, shelving, and accessories
- Coordinate with trades to resolve finish and inspection items
- Protect finished surfaces and maintain a clean job site
- Identify and correct quality issues before client walkthroughs
Qualifications
- 7 years residential construction experience
- Strong finish carpentry background
- Experience with appliance installation and final detailing
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
- Reliable transportation and professional jobsite demeanor
