You'll be the connective tissue that keeps materials, timelines, communication, and logistics running smoothly — working closely with vendors, sales, project managers, and subcontractors to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'll Do
- Perform accurate material take-offs and coordinate timely procurement
- Build and manage project schedules in Service Titan
- Serve as a main point of contact for internal teams and external partners
- Support project managers in solving problems and keeping work on track
- Assist the sales team with post-sale follow-up and coordination
- Keep detailed, accurate, and up-to-date project records and documentation
- Monitor project progress, resolve discrepancies, and help maintain quality standards
- Generate regular reports and share project updates with leadership
