Lazard Asset Management (LAM) Technology is looking for Sales Technology Business Analyst with an understanding of the asset management industry. As a valued member of our Sales and Marketing Technology team, you will interface with the Sales Technology Development Team and our internal groups to develop, refine and deliver features and solutions for Salesforce Sales Cloud and related sales data systems. We’re looking for a highly motivated, organized and experienced Analyst who takes pride in their work, and develops clear, complete and properly documented requirements in an iterative and collaborative process with our business partners.

We’ll trust you to:

  • Work with business stakeholders to develop and refine business requirements
  • Provide guidance and feedback to IT on scoping and effort estimation
  • Provide guidance for prioritization of initiatives
  • Opine with conviction on system interdependencies and change impact
  • Lend expertise to solutioning discussions with the development team
  • Document and diagram platform process and data flows
  • Contribute to definition of and reporting on team success metrics
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
  • Contribute to development ticket creation
  • Communicate technical and non-technical concepts simply and clearly

You’ll need to have:

  • 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst and business interfacing role
  • 2 years of experience working with Salesforce and integrating it with external platforms
  • Business Analysis experience with Digital Marketing platforms including Marketo (preferred), or similar such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot, Eloqua, Marketing Collateral Systems; Seismic (preferred), Highspot, and Modus, Webinar platforms (on24, Goto webinar, etc.), and coordinating data enrichment procedures leveraging third party data sources (FINTRIX, Discovery Data, RIA Database)
  • Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification strongly preferred

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Deep understanding of Agile methodology, ceremonies and tools such as Jira
  • Experience in financial services – asset management-specific experience strongly preferred
  • Diagramming experience via platform such as Visio, Lucidchart, Figma, etc.

We expect the base salary range for this role to be approximately $150,000 – 190,000 USD. Various factors contribute to determining the actual base compensation offered, including but not limited to the applicant’s years of relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, relevant skills for the role. Base salary is one component of Lazard Asset Management’s compensation package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and may include incentive compensation.
