Location: Elser Hotel

Hourly Rate: $18-20/HR TIPS

Schedule: (3PM - 11PM) FT Open Flexibility with supervisor experience and must speak English

The Spirit of the Position:

The Supervisor oversees the operations for the valet locations for an assigned shift, under the direction of the Valet Manager to ensure 24/7 professional valet parking management. As a company devoted to promoting an employee-focused servant leadership culture, the Valet Supervisor will support the programs and initiatives originating from our home office and help to support the individual needs of their operational teams throughout their assigned location.

Principal Job Duties:

• Ensures staff adheres to rules of conduct, policies and procedures.
• Supervises, mentors, and trains staff on day-to-day activities.
• Assists in establishing performance standards, recommending, and implementing changes to procedures when necessary.
• Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.
• Responsible for running any reports related to daily revenue, credit cards, garage data or other reports requested by management
• Assists with periodic training as needed.
• Resolves customer service issues or questions as needed.
• Greet by/use name, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, and display a caring attitude, develop a rapport with the customer base.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.

Experience:

• Valid Driver's License
• Must be able to speak English
• Valet Supervisor experience required.
• Hotel/Resort experience is HIGHLY preferred.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Parking industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
• Ability bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
• Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
