As a Parking Enforcement Agent, you will enforce parking policies within the garage. You must interact with customers and maintain the garage (sweeping, taking out trash, etc.).
Principal Job Duties
- Monitoring metered and permit areas and issuing citations to vehicles violating parking ordinances.
- Accurately inputting vehicle license plates, vehicle information, and violation information using a handheld ticket issuance system.
- Maintaining and caring for all company-issued equipment (vehicles, phones, tablets, etc.) and reporting any damage or technical issues to the Supervisor/Manager on shift.
- Occasionally interfacing with police and other personnel
- Providing excellent customer service to all parkers, taking every opportunity to assist with questions, potential disputes, and directions.
- Performing other related duties as assigned by Supervisors/Management.
- Experience in face-to-face customer relations.
- Experience operating handheld devices and computers.
- You can communicate professionally and effectively.
- You can handle challenging and, at times, emotionally charged situations.
- You are proactive and can work independently for prolonged periods.
- You can make independent, educated decisions and not be easily dissuaded.
- You can speak, read, write, and comprehend English.

- Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.

- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, squat, and lift throughout a shift.
