The Spirit Of The Position

As a Parking Enforcement Agent, you will enforce parking policies within the garage. You must interact with customers and maintain the garage (sweeping, taking out trash, etc.).

Principal Job Duties

• Monitoring metered and permit areas and issuing citations to vehicles violating parking ordinances.
• Accurately inputting vehicle license plates, vehicle information, and violation information using a handheld ticket issuance system.
• Maintaining and caring for all company-issued equipment (vehicles, phones, tablets, etc.) and reporting any damage or technical issues to the Supervisor/Manager on shift.
• Occasionally interfacing with police and other personnel
• Providing excellent customer service to all parkers, taking every opportunity to assist with questions, potential disputes, and directions.
• Performing other related duties as assigned by Supervisors/Management.
  
  

Experience

• Experience in face-to-face customer relations.
• Experience operating handheld devices and computers.

Physical Demands

• Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, squat, and lift throughout a shift.
