Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
- Lead and develop the parking staff.
- Manage scheduling, training, and daily activities.
- Identify and nurture high-potential employees.
- Oversee valet operations to ensure patient-centered, safe service.
- Manage employee shuttle operations for timely performance and effective communication.
- Administer monthly parking assignments for staff and contractors.
- Ensure DOT compliance for shuttle drivers and maintain required documentation.
- Adhere to LAZ Parking policies and Cedars-Sinai standards.
- Collaborate with security and emergency services to promote safety.
- Work with the Training Coordinator to ensure staff complete necessary training.
- Support ongoing development for Team Leaders in coaching and service standards.
- Build solutions-oriented relationships with Cedars-Sinai leadership and other departments.
- Address client concerns promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
- Ensure contractual service expectations are met.
- Prepare operational reports on a regular basis.
- Communicate effectively with hospital partners and LAZ leadership.
- Assist in monitoring market rate structures as needed.
- Coordinate support for special events.
- Assist with operational audits and site assessments.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- Proven leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong customer service focus, particularly in healthcare.
- Ability to solve problems effectively under pressure.

- Proficient in multitasking and maintaining professionalism.
