Principle Job Duties
- Meet and greet each customer with courtesy and excellent customer service.
- Assist guests entering and exiting Summit FC parking areas.
- Direct guests to QR codes for parking payment.
- Help customers navigate the mobile payment process when needed.
- Provide clear directions and basic event/parking information to guests.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and helpful presence throughout the shift.
- Understand the surrounding parking areas in order to answer guest questions.
- Communicate with management, supervisors, and traffic directors as needed.
- Monitor parking areas and assist with guest flow during arrival and departure times.
- Answer customer service questions courteously, professionally, and effectively.
- Refer questions or concerns to a supervisor when needed.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and timeliness.
- Demonstrate the ability to seek improvement.
- Field additional duties if they are assigned.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedule.
- Ability to work all required Summit FC event dates.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable assisting guests with QR codes, mobile payment, or basic technology-related questions.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to bend at the knees or squat frequently throughout a shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in inclement weather, including rain, heat, wind, or cold temperatures.
