Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional experience
- Assist customers with purchasing sports cards, sealed products, supplies, and accessories
- Support buying, selling, and trading interactions under management guidance
- Answer basic product and hobby-related questions or escalate as needed
- Support high-volume sales periods, product releases, and promotions
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain visual presentation standards
- Assist with restocking, product intake, and basic inventory organization
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and back-of-house areas
- Handle products carefully, including high-value cards and sealed items
- Process POS transactions accurately (cash, credit, debit)
- Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Assist with store events, live breaks, or special initiatives as assigned
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn about sports cards, products, and store systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–30 lbs
- Weekend and evening availability required
- Must pass a background check
- Retail or customer service experience
- Familiarity with sports, trading cards, or collectibles
- Experience using POS systems
- Retail sports card store with high customer interaction
- Schedule may include evenings, weekends, and major release days
- Advancement into Senior Associate, Team Lead, or Assistant Manager roles
