Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Perform routine maintenance on all equipment (large and small) including oil changes, AC services, track replacements, welding, etc.
- Conduct repairs on transmissions, air brakes, and hydraulic systems.
- No day is the same, our equipment breaks and the mechanical division is essential to keeping jobsites up and running.
- Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
- Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service tasks and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance
- Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency in automotive/equipment diagnostics
- Skilled in using hand tools and equipment related to vehicle maintenance
- Familiarity with air brake systems, transmissions, and hydraulics
- Experience with heavy equipment operation and fabrication
- Ability to self diagnose problems and complete the tasks at hand on own.
- Ability to work in a team environment

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
