The Corporate Traveling Trainer plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across our restaurants. This position supports both their home store and new restaurant openings by delivering hands-on training, reinforcing brand standards, and developing high-performing teams.
This role is based out of a home store but requires frequent travel to new and existing locations to lead in-store training and ensure consistent execution of company standards.

Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
- Lead in-store training for new restaurant openings, ensuring team members are fully prepared for successful launches
- Deliver structured training programs for front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Coach and develop team members, shift leaders, and managers on systems, processes, and brand standards
- Provide real-time feedback and hands-on support during peak operations
- Uphold and enforce company standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and customer experience
- Evaluate restaurant performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner with local management teams to implement training plans and drive consistency
- Support execution of company initiatives, procedures, and systems
- Assist home store leadership with ongoing training and team development
- Serve as a role model for company culture, standards, and guest service
- Help maintain operational excellence when not traveling
- Travel to new restaurant locations (as needed) to support pre-opening and opening training
- Assist with onboarding and ramp-up of new teams
- Ensure smooth transitions from training phase to full operational status
- 2 years of restaurant experience, preferably in a leadership or training role
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations (front and back of house preferred)
- Proven ability to train, coach, and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Highly organized and able to adapt in fast-paced environments
- Ability to lead by example with a positive, professional attitude
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must have access to a major airport and the ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays, as needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes, shifting priorities, and unforeseen circumstances
- This role requires frequent travel to support new restaurant openings and training initiatives. Travel duration may vary based on business needs.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Have the ability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs
- Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods
- Food Safety Certifications
- Support the General Manager by performing additional duties as assigned to ensure operational success
