Get in on the Ground Floor! This is our 3rd Layne's in Wisconsin, and our 8th restaurant overall and we're looking to grow with great people like YOU! We have another location opening in January in the works and have many more locations in the works! Wage depends on availability and ability/experience! Must be able to work weekends. We are looking for people who are able to Lead, Learn, and Grow and have a desire to help others do the same! This position will be front of house focused to begin!

Duties continued:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and processing payments
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to customers
- Ensure food safety and proper handling procedures are followed at all times

Requirements continued:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Strong sales and upselling skills
- Ability to handle food safely and follow sanitation guidelines
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
