Full job description
As a Line Cook, your main responsibility will be to prepare our fresh daily hand cut chicken, breading it in our uniquely seasoned breading and frying it to perfection in our state of the art fryers. Other duties will include manning our griddle plate where we toast our authentic Texas toasting bread and also grill our cheese and bacon for our famous club sandwiches. You will also be responsible for cleaning and keeping our kitchens immaculate. A huge part of who we are and what we are about is our fun loving, so as a Layne's Line Cook you will be part of our culture which ensures everyone has fun while we serve our guests our "soon to be famous" chicken fingers.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Preferably have experience in a fast food concept.
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Have the ability to communicate effectively.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have the ability to lift and carry 55 lbs.
