About Us:
An educational organization is looking for an experienced Field IT Technician with expertise and professionalism, to deliver premier level support to in-house operations in the Denver area.
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for providing technical assistance to computer users. Answering questions or resolving computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically. May also provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
The technician will be visiting two scheduled campuses a week, assisting with Level 2 and 3 issues.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned
- Interfacing within an educational environment & servicing the sites requests
- Maintenance, system analysis, troubleshooting, phone, on-site support
- PC troubleshooting and repair
- Common desktop application support
- Manage IT inventory and documentation
- Moving computers & standing for periods of the day
Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
Required Abilities and Skills:
- Understanding of Windows operating systems: Windows 7 & Windows 10
- Networking: LAN, WAN, WIRELESS
- Common Desktop Productivity Applications: MS Office & QuickBooks

- Fluency in the English language, Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
- $50,000 to $60,000 dependent on experience
