Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio Company is seeking a contract Legal Administrative Assistant to support one of our legal solo practitioner clients based in Seattle, WA.
Pay rate: $35/hour
The attorney needs assistance ASAP with federal filing in PACER and some local county filing in Washington State - notably King County and Snohomish County. Experience filing in these counties is highly desired.
The contractor will also assist with some attorney time entry in Clio, and some general document management (proofreading prior to filing, etc.).
The attorney practices in plaintiff-side employment law. Candidates should have a desire to learn about this practice area or already have an established passion for plaintiff employment law.
This role will be about 10 hours per week, and is flexible on time zones/working hours.
The ideal candidate for this position is an employed legal assistant who is looking to pick up a few extra hours, or a current law student who would like to learn this practice area.
