Lathe Operator –Northern Iron Location: St Paul MN
Pay: $23.00 – $25.00/hour plus an $2.00 for shift differential pay
Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday–Thursday 2pm-1230am (Mandatory OT on Fridays When Required)

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate lathes and related machining equipment safely and efficiently
- Use measuring tools such as micrometers and tape measures to ensure accuracy
- Perform routine inspections of tooling and finished parts
- Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment
- Safely operate overhead cranes and forklifts
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience operating lathes or similar equipment
- High school diploma or technical diploma in a related field preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining principles
- Ability to read and interpret measurements accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
