We’re growing—and looking for a licensed, upbeat, and client-focused Personal Lines Insurance Agent / Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join us!
What You’ll Do:
If you enjoy helping people and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this could be your perfect fit! You’ll be the go-to person for personal insurance needs, guiding clients through options, making policy updates, and delivering outstanding customer experience every step of the way.
Your day-to-day will include:
· Delivering warm, prompt service by phone, email, and in-person
· Quoting, binding, and servicing personal lines policies (home, auto, renters, umbrella, etc.)
· Managing policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals
· Assisting with billing questions and claims support
· Educating clients on coverage options and recommending what fits best
· Following up on leads and identifying cross-sell opportunities
· Maintaining accurate records and documentation
· Ensuring compliance with regulations and agency standards
· Collaborating with team members to crush goals and support clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance (preferred)
- Experience in personal lines or a customer service role (1 years preferred)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- A natural at building rapport and trust with others
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
- Thrives in a team environment and keeps a positive attitude
