Position Overview:
We're hiring Installation Team Members to work on-site in residential homes, improving comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality. This is a physically active role that requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic. What You'll Do:
- Install insulation (attic, wall, floor, and crawl space)
- Encapsulate and seal crawl spaces
- Clean and seal duct systems
- Perform radon mitigation and other energy-efficiency upgrades
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Work with your crew to complete jobs to company standards
- Maintain a clean, respectful jobsite
- Communicate clearly with customers when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in construction, HVAC, insulation, or a related field (preferred)
- Comfortable working in tight spaces like crawl spaces and attics
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation to our Milton, DE location
- Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
- Must pass a drug test and qualify for a DOT medical card
