Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pittsburgh, PA. As a member of the Front of House Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests. Duties include greeting customers, facilitating tastings, assisting with product inquiries, maintaining cleanliness in customer areas, and supporting sales initiatives through product presentations and recommendations. You will also play a key role in creating a memorable experience for every guest through excellent service and communication.
