Harry & Fritz is a new, independently owned restaurant opening in downtown Pittsburgh. Rooted in classic American dining heritage and interpreted through a contemporary lens, our restaurant places hospitality at the center of everything we do. We are building a professional, service-driven Front of House team and are currently hiring Bartenders, Servers, Food Runners, and Porters to join our opening team.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who take pride in hospitality, work well as part of a team, and understand that great service is as important as great food. Whether you’re behind the bar, on the floor, or supporting service operations, you’ll play a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences.
Available Positions
- Bartenders – Craft cocktails, beer, and wine service with a focus on quality and consistency
- Servers – Deliver knowledgeable, attentive, and professional table service
- Food Runners – Support service flow by delivering food accurately and efficiently
- Porters – Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service and support both FOH and BOH teams
Qualifications
- Prior restaurant experience preferred (role-dependent)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and guest-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Interest in American cuisine, craft beverages, and hospitality
