This individual will be within the wider HRBP team, however will be heavily supporting year end review and some employee relations!
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Support and lead HR projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables and business objectives are met. Develop project plans, track milestones, manage risks and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership. Coordinate cross-functional activities across HR, Technology, Finance, Risk and business teams as required.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a resource to address workplace concerns with discretion and fairness leveraging HR policies, compliance practices and employment law considerations.
- Employee Engagement: Promote and reinforce company values, culture, and employee engagement.
- Performance Management: Guide managers through performance management cycles, providing coaching on feedback, goal setting, and development plans.
- Utilize HR systems, data management, and reporting for workforce insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, workflows, and operational efficiency. Document and maintain HR procedures, process maps, and standard operating practices.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Analyze workforce and project-related data to identify trends, measure success, and support decision making. Develop reports and or presentation for HR leadership and key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years acting as a Business Partner, Employee Relations Specialist, HR Project Specialist or Manager.
- Skills: Good knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and experience with HRIS systems. Experience managing HR projects, programs or strategic initiatives. Knowledge of project management methods and tools. Experience supporting change management and process improvement initiatives. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and HR reporting tools.
- Attributes: Ability to work independently, act with discretion, and quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration preferred.
