- Provide long-term technical recommendations to address systemic manufacturing problems and improve operational efficiency
Key Skills & Experience:
- 7 years of relevant professional experience, including 3 years supporting and/or developing manufacturing systems
- Strong manufacturing background, ideally within CPG, packaging, paper, hygiene, or other highly automated manufacturing environments
- Direct experience with large, interconnected software systems such as MES/MOM and SAP ERP

- Experience with data historians, QMS, Power BI, PI Vision, or similar manufacturing analytics platforms
- Strong project management, change management, training, and user adoption experience
- Exposure to Lean principles and the ability to apply statistical/analytical concepts such as SPC, regression, and process analytics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across engineering, operations, IT, and plant leadership
- Ability to operate independently as the site's Digital Manufacturing subject-matter expert
If you're looking to take ownership of Digital Manufacturing strategy at a major manufacturing facility while working across MES, SAP, analytics, connected-worker technologies, and smart manufacturing initiatives, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact and grow within a newly established digital organization.
