Position Summary: The Mental Health Associate (MHA) is responsible for performing duties necessary to maintain a safe and therapeutic milieu. Under the direct supervision of a registered nurse, the MHA will assist the nurse with care of patients whose needs do not require complex nursing skills. Education and Experience: Education: High School Graduate or GED. Experience: Experience or training in the mental health or medical field preferred. Certification/Licensure: BLS COAP within 30 days of onboarding Other: Must be able to successfully clear a background check, including a criminal search.# Use or possession of a firearm and/or other weapons is prohibited. #
