What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, including consultations and ongoing communication
- Plan, manage and complete engagements and prepare them for partner review
- Supervise, train and mentor junior accounting staff
- Prepare and review complex business and individual tax returns
- Provide tax planning and advisory services to individual and business clients
- Develop and service your own client base, with revenue sharing on new business you bring in
What We're Looking For
- Active CPA license (required)
- 5 years of experience at a public accounting firm (required)
- Significant tax knowledge, covering both business and individual returns
- Experience supervising staff and managing engagements from planning through completion
- Strong client-service and communication skills
- Interest in business development and growing a client base
Compensation and Growth
- Base salary of $100,000–$150,000, based on experience, qualifications and existing client book
- Annual bonus opportunity
- Revenue sharing on new business you generate
- Compensation for any existing clients who transition to the firm with you

Salary : $90,000 - $135,000
