Job Description
The Lawrence Arts Center is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Front Desk Administrator to join our team. This position serves as an important point of contact between Lawrence Arts Center program staff and the public.
The position will begin at approximately 10–15 hours per week, with shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and daytime hours. The ability to provide occasional fill-in coverage is also required to help ensure front desk coverage during our business hours of 9am-9pm Monday–Saturday.

Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming and professional customer service to students, families, artists, and the general public
- Serve as a primary point of contact for questions and information about Lawrence Arts Center programs and services
- Process class enrollments and other customer transactions
- Answer in-person and telephone inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer, contact, and financial information
- Process ticket sales
- Assist with account reconciliation and other administrative duties
- Communicate effectively with program staff and other members of the Lawrence Arts Center team
Compensation

Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience using Google Calendar
- Experience working with databases
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional fill-in shifts as needed
