Landscaper

We are currently hiring Landscapers / Landscape Crew Members to assist with a variety of outdoor construction and property maintenance services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, being outdoors, and taking pride in transforming properties.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and general property maintenance
• Mulching, bed cleanup, weeding, and planting
• Shrub and hedge trimming
• Spring and fall cleanups
• Landscape installation and renovation work
• Loading/unloading materials, tools, and equipment
• Operating landscaping tools and small equipment safely
• Assisting with hardscape, fence, drainage, and outdoor improvement projects as needed
• Maintaining job site cleanliness and professionalism
• Communicating clearly with team members and management
• Arriving on time and prepared for scheduled workdays

Mandatory requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable smartphone
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and hard-working attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, construction, fencing, hardscaping, or general labor
• Experience operating mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers, or similar equipment
• Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
