Overview:
We are seeking experienced and motivated Landscape Crew Members to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in landscaping, a keen eye for detail, and excellent work ethic. This role involves working on a team of landscapers, ensuring the quality of work, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment, perform landscaping, must be willing to work outdoors to plant trees, install commercial and residential landscaping
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and within designated timeframes.
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscaping and machine operator, 3 years required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
-Off Season Work: Installing Christmas lights and Snow Removal
