About the Role
LBR is seeking a skilled and dependable Irrigation Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining irrigation systems for both residential and commercial properties. This position requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems, including valves, controllers, wiring, and sprinkler heads
- Perform system start-ups, winterizations, and seasonal checks
- Install new irrigation systems following design specifications
- Accurately identify and document system issues and required repairs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
- Maintain company equipment, vehicles, and tools in clean, working order
- Ensure all work meets company standards for quality and safety
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of irrigation repair or installation experience
- Working knowledge of irrigation hydraulics, wiring, and timer systems
- Ability to read and follow system plans and diagrams
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
