Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with customers to ensure their property meets their expectations.
- Always be honest and respectful to customers.
- Collaborate with other staff as part of a team effort and sharing the responsibilities.
- Performing treatments to the customer’s lawn using proper equipment and techniques while showing professionalism.
- Ability to explain the Lawn Squad programs to the customer or prospective customer with honesty, accuracy, and integrity.
- Conduct service calls using the outlined Lawn Squad procedures.
- Stay in contact with customers to prevent lawn problems.
- Ensure the service vehicle and all equipment are used and maintained in a clean and safe condition.
- Valid driver’s license with minimal infractions in the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more throughout the day.
- Project a professional image to the public.
- Demonstrate a commitment to working the required hours each day to ensure that branch production goals are consistently met.
