Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes and providing exceptional Lawn care services. This role involves various tasks related to groundskeeping, lawn mowing, spring/fall cleanups, and landscape enhancement, ensuring that our clients' outdoor spaces are healthy, attractive, and well-kept.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform general landscaping duties: Lawn Mowing, Edging, Trimming, blowing
- Operate landscaping equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites and equipment
- Work closely with team leaders and follow directions accurately
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred (willing to train the right person)
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license is a must
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work for extended periods
- Has to be a team leader and motivate others with a positive attitude
