Requirements:
- Must be available on-call, anytime snow removal is needed.
- Great driving record – valid driver’s license required.
- NO FELONIES – background check required!
- Experience with truck plowing is required.
- Experience operating a tractor or skid steer is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, ability to work in harsh winter conditions, and able to lift 50 pounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clear snow from residential and commercial properties using plow trucks, snowblowers, tractor, and shovels.
- Operate snow removal equipment safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
- Apply salt/ice melt as needed.
- Maintain professionalism with customers and team members.
